Accounts
Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account.

Hazel Social Media and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Hazel Social Media, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the competent courts of the Republic of Costa Rica.
Changes
Hazel Social Media reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.
If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.
Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.

Cuentas

Exención de Responsabilidad
Nuestros Servicios se proporcionan TAL CUAL y SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD. Hazel Social Media y sus proveedores y licenciantes renuncian a todas las garantías de cualquier tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluyendo, sin limitación, las garantías de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un propósito particular y no infracción. Ni Hazel Social Media ni sus proveedores y licenciantes garantizan que nuestros Servicios estarán libres de errores o que el acceso a los mismos será continuo o ininterrumpido. Usted entiende que descarga o de otro modo obtiene contenido o servicios a través de nuestros Servicios bajo su propia discreción y riesgo.
Jurisdicción y Ley Aplicable
Salvo en la medida en que la ley aplicable disponga lo contrario, el Acuerdo y cualquier acceso o uso de nuestros Servicios se regirán por las leyes de la República de Costa Rica.
La jurisdicción competente para cualquier disputa que surja de o se relacione con el Acuerdo y cualquier acceso o uso de nuestros Servicios serán los tribunales competentes de la República de Costa Rica.
Cambios
Hazel Social Media se reserva el derecho, a su exclusiva discreción, de modificar o reemplazar estos Términos en cualquier momento.
Si realizamos cambios sustanciales, se lo haremos saber mediante una publicación en nuestro sitio web, o enviándole un correo electrónico u otra comunicación antes de que los cambios entren en vigor. El aviso designará un período de tiempo razonable tras el cual los nuevos términos entrarán en vigor.
